An illustration I heard this morning: A monument found in the foothills of the Alps was erected for a faithful guide who died while returning to the summit to rescue stranded climbers. The monument read:
"He died climbing".
"See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is."
Ephesians 5:15-17
Lord, I want to die climbing
I tried to leave a comment but not sure that it worked. Great post!
